This page describes the public StateGov website, operated by Natural State Intelligence. Existing account-based products may handle data differently.
Our posture
We collect the information needed to operate the service and respond to people who contact us. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your watchlists stay in your browser
Public-site watchlists are saved in this browser using local storage. They are not synced to an account or another device, and following an item does not send notifications.
You can remove items and lists in the interface. Clearing this site's browser storage also removes its locally saved lists and preferences. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them.
We do not attach your watchlists or browsing history to feedback submissions.
Feedback you choose to send
When feedback submission is enabled, we receive the category, any related roadmap item, your message, and the email address you optionally provide. An email address lets the team follow up; it is not required.
Feedback is stored in a private workflow database and is not automatically published. Team notifications are processed through our email provider, Resend. The team uses submissions for product review and follow-up. Please do not include passwords, confidential client information, or sensitive personal details.
Feedback stays on file for review and follow-up. You can ask us to remove a submission using the privacy contact below. If available, include its receipt reference so we can locate it without asking you to resend the full message.
Service requests and abuse prevention
Hosting, font, public-record, and media providers receive connection information needed to deliver pages, fonts, and recordings. Opening an official source takes you to that provider's site and its own data-handling practices.
The feedback service uses a keyed hash of the connecting address for rate limiting rather than storing the raw address in its feedback tables. Rate-limit records are scheduled for removal after two days. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs.
Public records
Legislative information comes from public sources. A public record mentioning a person is different from information that person submits to StateGov. Source links identify the official record; recordings and transcripts are shown where available.
Questions or removal requests
For questions about your data, a feedback-removal request, or deletion of an existing account in another StateGov product, email tal@naturalstateintel.com. For an existing account, write from its account address.
