Only your organization. Your bill list, notes, reports and whip counts are private to you. We sign an NDA on request.
Can we set it up once session starts?
You can, but it's easier before. Set it up before January 11, ideally before prefiling opens on November 16, so you're not learning anything new once it gets busy.
We built our own tracker. Why switch?
Keep it. StateGov can feed your tracker committee transcripts and bill moves through a private connector, so the tool you built gets better.
We already pay for a national tracker.
Keep it for other states. A tracker tells you a bill moved. StateGov tells you what was said in the room and builds the Arkansas report from it.
